Holland Eco Tour

Be one of the first to travel with us from Amsterdam, Volendam, Arnhem to the agricultural area of Twente. Every week in August.

This tour takes you to Volendam, where we will walk on the dikes that protect the village against sea and climate challenges.

You can admire the traditional houses, try locally smoked eel and shrimp salads.

The clogs, including traditional clothing, are waiting for your exciting photo moment in one of the shops. At the end of the day we continue our journey to the Veluwe, where we will sleep in forest lodges.

 

The second day we leave for a trip to the Open Air Kruller Muller Museum in Arnhem, to experience the traditional way of life and the beautiful history of the Netherlands.

From there we travel to the east of the Netherlands, called Twente.

This is the name of the region. We stay in a Bed and breakfast or hotel in Denekamp and the surrounding area.

The third day is for a beautiful visit to the green area on the Singraven estate, with a walk and possibly a tuc tuc or bicycle tour. 

This yard contains an old museum with interesting subjects. You can buy a beautiful souvenir from Sabine in the souvenir shop on the estate.

 

The fourth day is all about a beautiful castle visit in Bath Bentheim in Germany, 8 km from Denekamp.

 

On our 5th and last day we visit Ootmarsum, the contemporary art village and at the end of the day all participants are returned to the Ibis hotel in Amsterdam Everything included, transfer, accommodation, breakfast, entrance tickets.
